Enabling and enhancing the participation of women in S&T: led by the network InterAmerican Network of Academies of Sciences (IANAS) and IAP member academies in Brazil and the US, this project aims to develop a strategic plan for structuring a Women for Science working group for the Americas, its relation to individual academies through its focal points, and its intersections with all other IAP programs and projects in the region. In parallel it will build a regional resource database and enhancing visibility of women in science throughout the region.
