Led by IAP member KAST (Korean Academy of Science and Technology), in partnership with the Thailand Academy of Sciences, this project aims to assist developing countries in Asia to improving their ability to respond to climate changes by building voluntary green house gas reduction infrastructures and systems based on successful experience in Korea and elsewhere.
